Conflict started in the University of Córdoba where EULEN has a contract for maintenance and gardening services. After several unsatisified demands, a case was started against EULEN and the University of Córdoba for illegal transfer of workers and there was a ruling against the University, forcing it to hire the comrade who filed the lawsuit. |

On 14th July, at the Lisbon Criminal Court, the Judge read the final decision of the trial against the “Lisbon 11”, detained during the police repression of the anti-authoritarian demonstration against fascism and capitalism of 25th April 2007. All the defendants were acquitted of the charges against them as the Judge considered that there were no evidences to condemn them. |

On 16th June, at the courtroom no. 3 of the Belgrade "Justice Palace", the Belgrade Six have been acquitted of the charges. Judge Gerasimovic said that the court's decision is not politically motivated but is based on the fact that there are no evidence to support the charges brought against our comrades. |

About 50 people gathered in the biggest hall of Berlin's Higher Court on the morning of June 10th. They were waiting for the decision on the FAU Berlin's appeal on whether they could call themselves a union. Only 15 minutes into the trial, the judge delivered the verdict. The injunction is overturned; the ban is repealed; the crowd goes wild. |

June 10, 2010 in Berlin was the appeal process against the verdict given Dec. 11, 2009 which forbid FAU Berlin from calling itself a union. The appeal court overturned the decision and the bosses of Kino Babylon Mitte cannot appeal this. The judges argued that calling oneself a union falls under the rights of free speech. |

Serbian ruling class continues enhanced repression against the libertarian movement, the repression that began with the arrest of the Belgrade six – Sanja Dojkić, Tadej Kurepa, Ratibor Trivunac, Ivan Vulović, Nikola Mitrović and Ivana Savić – in September 2009. Until then unknown anarchist group “Black Ilija” claimed responsibility for throwing two bottles of burning liquid on the pavement near the Greek embassy in Belgrade, as a reaction to the barbaric treatment of the rebels by the Greek state, thereby causing damage of 18 Euros to the embassy. |
